House Improvements Continue

Library and Boardroom To Be Completed Feb 1.

 

$1 Million Renovation Under Way

 

The DePauw Phi Delta Theta House Corporation trustees - after consulting architects, engineers and construction managers - recently embarked upon the chapter's first significant campaign in the 143 year history of Indiana Zeta. With the expressed purpose of keeping the chapter house safe, healthy and competitive, a $1 million upgrade to 446 Anderson started this summer.


Already completed, the entire house has an new life safety sytem including a sprinkler and monitored alarm system.  As well, the original structure has an all new roof - replacing the crumbling slate dating back to the 1920s.


In addition, it was recently revealed that the main entrance to campus will be at our corner - US 231 and Anderson Street (see rendering below) - making Phi Delta Theta members the unofficial greeters for all who visit!
We are pleased to share that over $500,000 in pledges and grants have been secured with more to come!
